Frequently Asked Questions.

Why haven’t I received a confirmation email?

Please check your junk folder to ensure that your order confirmation has not ended up in there. If you are still unable to locate this one, please contact us to ensure your order has been processed successfully.

Can I cancel the order?

Once an order has been confirmed, it is processed automatically and unfortunately cannot be cancelled. Once you receive your order you are more than welcome to return it for a full refund.

I have received the incorrect item, what do I do?

Please reach out to our customer service team with images of the incorrect item and your order number. Our team will be happy to organise for the correct item to be shipped out ASAP for no extra charges. Customer Care Team : hello@calinecolombo.com/+9477 7160 930

When will I receive the invoice for my order?

When you have paid for the order, you will not automatically receive an invoice for your order. If you wish to receive an invoice, this can be done in two ways.The first way is through your account at our store. When you log in to your account you can see your orders and download the invoice.

Order delays during sales/launches

We ship Monday to Friday, excluding public and mercantile holidays. Due to the high volume of orders during launches and sales, processing and shipping times may be slightly delayed. Our team works overtime during these periods to ensure you receive your Caline Colombo outfits as soon as possible. What shipping methods do you have?

We offer Professional Courier Partners  & Standard shipping for all Sri Lankan customers islandwide with 2-6 Working days.

Can I edit/change my order?

As all orders are processed automatically and sent straight to our warehouse for dispatch, any changes cannot be guaranteed. Please contact us as soon as possible should you wish to make any amendments to your order.

I made a mistake entering my address, can this be amended?

Please contact us as quickly as possible at hello@calinecolombo.com/+9477 7160 930 and include your order number with the correct address. If the order has not yet been processed, we will do our best to update it before it ships. If the order has been shipped already, you will need to contact us immediately effort
